Industrial Ceramic Countertop

Industrial ceramic workbenches are durable materials that can be used without problems for many years to prevent damage that can occur when using all chemicals. All acids except hydrochloric acid provide full resistance to bases, organic solvents and other chemicals at every temperature concentration. It has various color options with its raised edges. They are non-scratch and wear-resistant materials with all kinds of impact strength. Radioactive materials are impermeable. UV den is not affected.

Compact Laminate

It is one of the most preferred materials. Machine thicknesses range from 12 to 20 mm. The outer surface layer has a high resistance to acid environment, heat, scratch and impact. The age at which no concentrated acids are used can be used in laboratories.

Stainless Steel Bench Surface

In the places like health and food sector, surfaces of benches can be preferred in areas requiring hygiene.

It is made of 316 AISI Cr / Ni stainless steel with 1.00 and 1.20 mm thickness for the purpose of use. The finished worktop thickness is 30 mm, and if desired, 37 mm with water retainer elevations. Inside, there are reinforcements that make the surface of the counter more powerful from the same material. Particularly used in wet laboratories, 100 mm skirting is made on the back side. It has a hygienic, chemical-resistant feature that can be easily cleaned if necessary.

Corian Bench Surface

It is a massive, non-porous, homogeneous surface consisting of acrylic resin and natural minerals. Its thickness is 12 mm, with the application on 18 mm MDF, the countertop thickness is 30 mm, the water holding borders in wet laboratories are 37 mm.

It has been used in Microbiology Laboratories since it has an antibacterial surface.
